Single Meetings, Peak Days, and Experiential Tours for Students at Bustan Thom

We operate based on the principle of an active classroom, involving and guiding the school’s educational team. The teachers actively participate in the process and continue it beyond the visit to Bustan Thom.
Age Group:
Preschool to 12th grade
Duration of the Tour:
Between 2 to 4 academic hours.
Operating Mode:
- The tour takes place in small groups of up to 25 students with a dedicated guide.
- Professional guidance is provided in Hebrew, Arabic, English, and Russian. Teaching aids and activities are available at each station, and educational outcomes are achieved at the end of the series of meetings.
- Additionally, the tour can include baking pita bread on a taboon with herbs from the vegetable garden.
Integrated Activity with Significant Outcomes:
The activity incorporates meaningful outcomes, including olive oil pressing (during the harvest season), building plant beds, establishing community gardens, creating with reusable materials, compost preparation, and seedling boxes.
