Training of the Education Team
The training of the education team is driven by the desire to equip them with tools for a shift in thinking and behavior around the values of sustainability. These cognitive and operational tools are aimed at reaching students with the goal of making an impact on the younger generation.
The outcome of the program is educational initiatives created by educators to inspire proactive action by students.

נקודת המוצא של התכנית היא שהצורך המרכזי של עולם החינוך הוא המעבר ללמידה מבוססת מיומנויות להבדיל מלמידה מבוססת ידע. לצורך כך נגדיר 6 מיומנויות שיהוו את הבסיס הפדגוגי להכשרה של דור העתיד. התוכן הנוגע לעולם הקיימות מתחבר למיומנויות מתוך הקשר של רלוונטיות וראיה מפוקחת של הצורך לקיים מערכת יחסים הרמונית עם עולם הטבע מתוך ההבנה של צרכינו מסופקים ממנו ומתוך ההבנה שאנחנו חלק מעולם הטבע ולא אלה היושבים בראש הפירמידה כאשר הטבע וכל היש בו נתפס כאמצעי לשרת אותנו.
מבנה התכנית:
התכנית בנויה מ 3-8 מפגשים, מקוונים ובבוסתן תם.
מפגש ראשון ואחרון כוללים יום עיון חוויתי הכולל סיור ויום שיא בבוסתן תם.
דגשים:
- התכנית פותחה על ידי ניב הורוביץ, מומחה תוכן מעולמות הקיימות והיזמות.
- התכנית מאושרת משרד החינוך ונמצאת במאגר הגפ”ן.
- באישור ותמיכה של המשרד להגנת הסביבה.
בהרשמה מראש , תלוי במספר נרשמים, מיועד לקבוצת מורים מובילים מכל הארץ.
